Experience supporting C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, or high-performing business owners
Strong project management skills (familiar with Asana, Trello, or ClickUp)
Basic marketing and visibility support skills (drafting pitches, simple Canva graphics a plus)
An eye for streamlining systems and light operations management
Comfortable handling sensitive information with high levels of confidentiality
Proactive, highly organized, and independent problem-solver
Availability to provide consistent weekly support and flexibility to adapt to changing needs
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued):
Experience working with therapists, coaches, or wellness-based businesses
