About the Role
I’m a multi-business owner, therapist, entrepreneur, and homeschooling mother in a dynamic growth phase, and I’m seeking an Executive and Business Operations Assistant to help streamline, organize, and expand my personal and business goals over the next 90 days—and beyond.

This assistant will work directly with me to implement delegation systems, manage project tasks, boost my visibility, protect my time and energy, and support strategic decisions across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management Support:

Set up, organize, and manage workflows (Asana, ClickUp, or preferred PM tools)

Track and report progress on SMART goals weekly

Help systematize recurring tasks through SOP creation and delegation tracking

Marketing & Visibility Support:

Assist in booking speaking engagements, podcasts, and brand collaborations

Help draft pitches, bios, and website updates for consulting/speaking page

Support execution of WOPR marketing campaigns (social media posts, emails)

Business Operations Assistance:

Schedule CEO Self-Care time and maintain protected calendar blocks

Manage inbox filtering, simple client follow-ups, and light member communications

Prepare basic financial or metrics reports (e.g., membership updates, revenue goals)

Strategic Planning Support:

Assist with gathering data for strategic WOPR decisions (occupancy, leads, options)

Support logistics for any pivot, pause, or restructuring projects

Personal and Family Calendar Support:

Schedule family retreats, personal days off, and travel

Help monitor homeschooling and travel activity schedules when needed

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience supporting C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, or high-performing business owners

Strong project management skills (familiar with Asana, Trello, or ClickUp)

Basic marketing and visibility support skills (drafting pitches, simple Canva graphics a plus)

An eye for streamlining systems and light operations management

Comfortable handling sensitive information with high levels of confidentiality

Proactive, highly organized, and independent problem-solver

Availability to provide consistent weekly support and flexibility to adapt to changing needs

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued):
Experience working with therapists, coaches, or wellness-based businesses

Familiarity with CRM systems or course platforms (e.g., Dubsado, Kajabi)

Light graphic design or social media scheduling skills

A background in helping businesses through operational transitions (scaling, pivoting)
