Event Videographer & Photographer Needed
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced videographer and photographer to capture high-quality, engaging content from our upcoming event. This content should be dynamic, social-led and visually compelling. It needs to be shareable across social platforms and websites. We are not looking for traditional videography, we need a creative approach that tells the story of the night in an authentic and engaging way.
Event Details:
Date: Tuesday 6th May
Event Time: 6:30pm - 10:30pm
Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester (venue details will be shared upon booking)
Format: A dinner event featuring performances from local artists, video showcases, solo speakers, panel discussions and an interactive Mentimeter session. The first half-hour will include exhibition stands from local community groups.
Scope of Work:
- Capture high-quality videography and photography throughout the event.
- Create engaging social-led content rather than traditional corporate videography.
- Record clear audio from speakers and panel discussions, ensuring quality sound capture for key moments.
- Conduct short ‘talking head’ interviews with people during the event.
- Edit footage into a compelling video that tells the story of the event.
- Edit footage into a series of short and engaging clips that capture speakers, Menti, performances making sure to have captured people’s reactions and key moments.
- Provide video content suitable for social platforms and a website header, making it shareable and inspiring.
