My company is ready to step up its presence on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and I need a fresh perspective to shape a strategy that puts our name in front of more people. The focus is simple: boost brand awareness through well-planned, consistently delivered promotional posts that feel native to each platform.
Here is what I need from you:
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create basic content ideas, captions, and hashtags
Monitor engagement and suggest improvements
Stay updated with social media trends
Requirements:
Fresher or entry-level candidate (experience not mandatory)
Basic understanding of social media platforms
Good communication and creativity
Willingness to learn and work long term
Female candidates are encouraged to apply
The contract will run on a month-to-month basis to start, with plenty of room to extend and grow the role if we click. I welcome beginners who are keen to learn; just bring a foundational understanding of social media algorithms, solid writing skills and the willingness to iterate based on performance data.
