We are a small business providing notary, apostille, e‑commerce, and AI automation services. We need an experienced AI engineer to build, deploy, and hand over production AI agents that integrate with hosted inference or lightweight local inference. The deliverable is production‑ready code, deployment scripts, documentation, and a short training session.
Scope of Work
Build and deploy an Operations Agent that automates client intake, document tracking, and status notifications.
Integrate agent with email, Google Drive, Stripe, and calendar (or equivalent).
Use open‑source models or hosted endpoints (examples: Qwen, Llama 3.x, DeepSeek variants) and an agent framework (AutoGen, LangGraph, or similar).
Provide CI/test scripts, security controls, and deployment instructions.
Success Metrics
Agent completes client intake flow end‑to‑end with < 5% failure rate on test inputs.
Response latency under 3s for hosted calls; under 10s for local CPU inference on test hardware.
Automated test suite with ≥ 90% pass rate on acceptance tests.
Deliverables
Source code in a Git repo with clear README.
Deployment scripts (Docker/compose, or cloud infra IaC).
