Engaging Social Media Content Creator Needed

Looking for a creative, hands-on content creator to make fun, culturally relevant content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Main focus is engaging the Desi (Indian/South Asian) community around the world.
➤ Responsibilities:
Brainstorm, create, and edit original posts (images, short videos, stories, captions) a few times each week—always tuned to what’s trending and relatable for the Desi audience.
Suggest fresh and creative content ideas based on what’s working in the community and on each platform.
Adapt content to fit each channel and actively connect with followers in the comments.
Keep content organized using a simple posting calendar, and coordinate directly with me for feedback and timing.
➤ Ideal Skills:
Proven experience making content that grew engagement or followers—samples encouraged.
Strong sense of Desi pop culture, humor, and what gets attention online.
Can edit videos and images using mobile tools or apps (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
Comfortable juggling different styles (funny, informative, feel-good) and switching between them for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Good English (knowledge of Hindi or any South Asian language is a plus).
Solo founder with a small budget, so looking for someone flexible and open to long-term work if it’s a great match. Pay can increase if results are strong.
