Dubai Residential Video Production
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a videographer-editor based in Dubai who can take the content and turn it into an engaging, informative video that helps viewers understand exactly why the home stands out. The shoot should cover every angle a serious buyer would want to see—from the curb appeal through to the layout and location, elevation etc then weave that footage into a clear narrative using smooth cuts, clean colour work and on-screen text where helpful.
Alongside the visuals, video shoot , the content that I’ll speak has to be highlighted as needed as text inter video and any lower-third captions once the edit is locked. The tone of the video will be informative and highlight the key selling points without sounding salesy.
Deliverables
• Appx 10 to 12 minutes edited video (1080p or 4K) in an informative style
• Raw footage and project files (Premiere Pro or Final Cut preferred)
• Draft script and final property write-up in Word or Google Docs
• Three rounds of revisions on both video and copy
If you’re comfortable shooting residential / commercial interiors / exteriors under natural and artificial light or in my office and have your own gear, and can back your work with solid editing. I’d love to see a link to comparable projects and hear your proposed timeline.
