Drafting Press Release in English

I want someone who's specialized in PR or journalism, to draft a feature story to be published in newspapers and magazine. the feature story should be short (3 paragraphs) and well written in English, and should be attractive and fun to read in proper way, and talk about the main subject from different approach like talking about how cool is the ideas etc. (((do not make it as promotional article please)))
