Design Marketing content

I am looking for a Marketing person to create content for my marketing campaign. I have a rough idea, but I am open to suggestions. We are having a booth at an event. The deliverables include

1. Design the strategy about the brochures to be shared at the event.
2. Create content which can be included in the brochures/Flyers
3. Target audience are company owners
4. The product and services are related to IT -Software

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in marketing strategies
