You’re not just another UGC creator. You’re the creator — the kind that makes people stop scrolling in 1 second flat, keeps them watching, and drives action. You know what performs and why.
No need to worry about scripting — we’ve got that covered. Your job is to do what you do best: create magnetic, high-performing videos with sharp editing and powerful delivery.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Record and edit 1 video per day (30/month minimum)
- Show up with energy, charisma, personality, and confidence
- Engineer visual pattern interruption in the first 1–3 seconds
- Keep attention with dynamic visuals: sharp cuts, text overlays, motion, b-roll, and camera shifts
- Make content that sells, not just talks
- Follow provided scripts — and elevate them with your performance
- Bring creative ideas to the table to help us improve
- Bonus: Familiarity with the AI space (customer service, chatbots, small biz tools)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Film UGC-style short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Use your own camera, lighting, and editing tools
- Incorporate multiple hook layers — visual, motion, text, and angle
- Deliver 7 videos per week, every week — no exceptions
- Receive scripts + brand direction, and own the content feel
- Optimize content for watch time, shares, and conversions
What You’ll Get
Flat Monthly Base:
- $300–$1,000 CAD based on experience + quality
Performance Bonuses:
- $50 for any video that hits 10,000+ views
- $100 for any video that directly generates a booked demo
- $200+ for any video that helps close a paying client
Base raises based on consistent performance
