Creative Valorant Gameplay Video Editor Needed

Job Brief: Video Editor
Project Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative video editor to help produce engaging and watchable videos focused on FPS gameplay, specifically Valorant by Riot Games. The content will range from long to medium and short formats, including narrative-driven, funny, and viral moments.
Scope of Work:
Create compelling, story-driven, and entertaining video content that resonates with viewers.
Edit videos approximately 1 to 1.5 hours in length, with milestones set for every 3 completed videos. Payment will be released upon delivery and approval of each milestone.
Use any preferred video editing software. Both parties will share files via Google Drive using generated Google accounts.
Apply necessary censorship thoughtfully, preserving the quality of the content.
Utilize alternative materials compliant with copyright laws to achieve the desired final product.
Budget:
Our budget is $30 to $45 per hour of edited video. Videos exceeding 1 hour will be compensated proportionally. Please include any reasonable additional costs in your proposal.
Timeline:
The project will commence once a candidate is selected and after a brief discussion/interview. Each milestone (3 videos) is expected to be completed within 7 days from the upload date, with payment made upon satisfactory completion.
Additional Information:
Preferred communication channels: Freelancer messenger, Google email, and Discord calls.
We value timely delivery and engaging edits that meet our quality expectations.
Success will be measured by mutual satisfaction with the delivered milestones.
Video content includes a variety of gameplay and livestream commentary.
