The Role
We are looking for a creative powerhouse to take ownership of our digital presence. As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you won't just be "posting updates"—you will be building a brand that resonates with farmers, investors, and partners alike. This is a part-time role with massive growth potential as we scale toward becoming a multi-crore enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Content Creation: Script, shoot, and edit high-quality Videos, Reels, Shorts, and Stories that drive engagement and conversions.
Brand Stewardship: Design and execute marketing collateral and branding content that aligns with RADTAR’s vision.
Strategy & Planning: Develop a weekly content calendar and lead work-structure reviews during weekly meetings.
On-Site Coverage: Travel to client sites/farms to capture authentic, high-impact footage and testimonials.
Growth Hacking: Monitor trends and platform algorithms to ensure our content achieves maximum traction.
What We’re Looking For
Creative Knack: A sharp eye for aesthetics and the ability to present complex agri-tech solutions in a visually pleasing, easy-to-digest format.
Passion & Ownership: You don’t just wait for instructions; you bring ideas to the table and have a "get-it-done" mentality.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile/DSLR filming and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.).
Reliability: Strict adherence to deadlines and a disciplined approach to remote work.
Mobility: Must have your own transport (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) and be willing to travel to site locations as needed.
