Create Instagram & Facebook Reels for Flower Wall Rental Business (Royalty-Free Music Only)

I run a small event rental business specializing in flower wall backdrops for baby showers, weddings, and community events. I’ve created some reels using Canva, but I need help making new ones that use royalty-free or global music so I can run them as Facebook ads.
I’m looking for a freelancer who can:
• Take my existing photos and short video clips
• Create 3–5 engaging reels (15–30 seconds each)
• Use royalty-free music suitable for weddings, baby showers, and elegant events
• Add simple text overlays and transitions
• Format for Instagram and Facebook ads
Bonus if you can also:
• Suggest captions or hashtags
• Help schedule or post the content
