Create an Engaging Email Newsletter

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to design several different short email newsletters aimed at sharing updates and news with our subscribers via MailChimp. The primary content will be sales data, tips and how-to guides, and product imagery.
The templates, branding and graphic requirements for the newsletters are already approved and fixed and will not be changed. You will layout the content in the approved templates.
We are located in Southern California.

Key Requirements:
- Work within existing (and already approved) design requirements and email templates
- Layout attractive and user-friendly newsletters
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and compatibility
- Integrate with our existing email marketing platform: MailChimp
- Production includes, layout, creation of data charts and infographics, insertion of product and company images and logo
- Work with marketing manager and writer to produce multiple newsletters
- Make revisions through the process
- One of the newsletters requires very quick (one day) turnaround

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in email newsletter content creation
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively
- Quick turnaround from draft to final version
- Ideally located in Pacific Time Zone / Western U.S.A.
