In the United States, Cardinal Equity Partners is in the business of raising private capital to acquire multi-family apartment buildings. We focus on markets that meet the following criteria:
1. Experiencing population growth
2. That have low unemployment rate
3. Average household income of 70K
4. Markets of interest: Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Tampa, Phoenix and Nashville
We are looking for a marketing resource that can execute Phase 1 of the project.
Phase 1: Priority
1. Help write the content in Cardinal's website-currently under construction, Wordpress/Blue Host. Partner with web developer to get website completed.
2. Create profiles for the managing members to be loaded on the website
3. Integrate Website with Hubspot CRM/forms
Phase II:
4. As our investor data base begins to grow, using Hubspot CRM, every two weeks, send Informative email campaigns targeted at new and existing investors.
5. Compartmentalized investors as sophisticated or accredited investors (
6. Post content on social media to pull potential investor, i.e. Instagram etc.
Phase III
6. Through Hubspot send invites for our future meet ups/webinars
7. Follow up with attendees via email or text. Create the content to be sent out.
8. When we host meet ups (local to Houston), post them on meetup.com and social channels to draw an audience
9. At times our meets up will target certain professions, i.e., surgeons/doctors, lawyers, CIO etc., the content will need to be tailored.
10. Coordinate webinars and content presentation
