Hope you're doing well. I'm Karan Kaushal, Founder of Pexsti — a fast-scaling life transformation and coaching brand empowering Gen Z & Millennials.
We’re currently onboarding 2 content creators (1 male + 1 female) to become the visible faces of Pexsti across short-form video platforms like Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
What You’ll Do:
Create engaging short-form content (with full creative support)
Represent Pexsti’s message on camera
Be part of campaigns, interviews, and platform-first video content
Compensation:
We’re currently bootstrapped, so this role is:
Performance-based: Earn per conversion (direct impact-based reward)
Growth-focused: You’ll get full access to our internal coaching programs
Brand-building: A visible public platform to grow your own identity as a creator
