CRM & Email Marketing Manager Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Position: CRM & Email Marketing Manager (Brevo)
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage our CRM and email marketing system using Brevo.
Responsibilities: Manage and operate our Brevo CRM under delegated authority. Create and execute weekly email campaigns aligned with our social media and podcast content. Develop automated sequences to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities. Create basic graphic and written content for campaigns. Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies. Manage multi-channel campaigns (Email & WhatsApp). Maintain, clean, and optimize the contact database. Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
Requirements: Proven experience with Brevo or similar platforms. Experience with email automation and lead nurturing. Ability to work independently and adapt to our brand. Strong organizational and communication skills. Real Estate marketing experience is a plus.
Compensation: Monthly retainer (fixed fee).
