Build a facebook group community

I am wanting to build a facebook group community based in Brisbane, Australia. Am looking for a student/grad student who may be interested in developing a group from scratch. Target audience is PR professionals in Brisbane, so an understanding of the PR world is a bonus, as well as proficiency in facebook groups. I am requiring some content creation, but also identifying and reaching out directly to potential interested members. Three month requirement. Approx 20 hours a month. A$22/hr. ABN required.
