Brand & Marketing Assistant for Wellness Tea Startup

Job Title: Part-Time Brand & Marketing Assistant (Wellness Tea Startup – Mumbai)
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid – 1 day in-person, rest remote)
About Us:
We are building a premium wellness tea brand focused on herbal blends for digestion, immunity, calm, and overall wellbeing. This is an early-stage startup with global ambitions (USA & Dubai markets).
Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and creative individual who can support brand building, content creation, and business operations.
Responsibilities:
• Shoot Instagram Reels on iPhone (1 day/week in-person)
• Assist in content creation (captions, ideas, basic editing)
• Write professional emails to international department stores (USA & Dubai)
• Manage emails and calendar
• Support B2B outreach and follow-ups
• Handle basic accounting / tracking (Excel)
Requirements:
• Based in Mumbai
• Good English writing skills (very important)
• Interest in wellness / lifestyle brands
• Basic understanding of social media (Instagram)
• Organized and reliable
Bonus (Not mandatory):
• Experience with startups / small brands
• Canva / basic video editing skills
Time Commitment:
• ~6 hours/week (3 hours in-person + 3 hours remote)
Compensation:
Open based on experience (part-time / freelance)
Growth Opportunity:
