Accurate PDF-to-Google Docs Typing

I have a small batch of PDF files—no more than five in total—that contain plain text with section headings. Each page must be recreated in Google Docs so it looks and reads exactly like the source.
Here’s what matters:
• Every word is typed, not copied-and-pasted, so hidden line breaks or odd characters never creep in.
• Paragraph breaks and basic spacing stay true to the original layout.
• All headings appear in bold at a visibly larger font size than the body copy, mirroring the PDF’s hierarchy.
I’ll share the PDFs and a blank Google Doc for each one as soon as we start. As long as the text is flawless, the headings stand out correctly, and the overall flow matches the original, the job is done.
