airflow nifi integration in Google Cloud

I am looking for an experienced developer to help create a data pipeline using both Google Cloud Compose (Apache Airflow DAGs) to launch Apache Nifi in Windows10 container then to process csv and populate to Big Query. The workflow will process csv data, and I need it completed within a month. The right candidate will have experience with creating Apache Airflow and Apache Nifi workflows, and creating high performance, reliable solutions.
