Recruiter: Hire 20 heavy duty truck drivers in the UAE

We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter specialized in blue-collar hiring to source Heavy Duty truck drivers for our operations in the UAE.

Scope of Work:

Source qualified Heavy Duty truck driver candidates based in the UAE
Screen and filter applicants according to our company's criteria (license type, experience, language, visa status, etc.)
Submit a shortlist of pre-vetted candidates for our review
Coordinate with us throughout the interview and onboarding process

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in blue-collar / industrial recruitment, ideally in the GCC region
Strong network of HGV / Heavy Duty drivers (UAE license holders required)
Ability to verify documents, licenses, and work history
Reliable communication and quick turnaround

Compensation:

This is a reward/commission-based project — payment is made per successful hire. Per-placement fee to be agreed upon before kickoff.
