How It Works
✅ Introduce potential customers or resellers who purchase at least 100 headsets per year.
✅ Earn on all purchases made by your lead for 12 months after the first buy.
✅ Earn at least 2% commission on sales when actively guiding the sales process.
✅ Even a simple introduction to key stakeholders earns you at least 0.5% commission.
✅ Additional bonuses up to 8%, based on the final sales price. (see below)
Bonus Structure
In addition to the base commission, you can earn extra bonuses depending on the discount level applied to the sale:
Final Sales Price Discount Extra Bonus
List Price (No Discount) +8%
Up to 25% Discount +3%
26% - 35% Discount +1.5%
More than 35% Discount +1%
Example Earnings
1 Actively Guided Sale – 500 Headsets with a 25% Discount
A reseller orders 500 headsets at a 25% discount for a total of €50,000 resale price.
? 2% commission = €1,000
? Extra bonus (+3% for 25% discount) = €1,500
? Total earnings: €2,500 from one lead!
2 Simple Introduction – 500 Headsets at a 25% Discount
If you only introduce the lead with a personal introduction to the stakeholders without further involvement:
? 0.5% commission = €250
? Extra bonus (+3% for 25% discount) = €1,500
? Total earnings: €1,750 from one simple introduction!
Key Conditions
✔️ Leads must be registered via a lead form and confirmed by email.
✔️ Leads are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis unless extra effort is provided.
✔️ Commissions apply to both headsets and accessories.
✔️ Payment is made within 15 days after reaching a cumulative revenue of €4,000.
✔️ The 12-month period begins on the date of the first order. After this period, the lead fee
will no longer apply.
✔️ Leads expire after 12 months if no orders are placed.
✔️ An NDA is required to ensure mutual confidentiality.
✔️ Lexound reserves the right to reject leads or modify terms with 2 months’ notice.
