We’re looking for freelance commission-based sales reps (or lead generators) with an existing network in the contact center space.

Lead Fee Structure
• 2% for guiding the sales process (follow-up, communication)
• Bonus depending on discount:
o List price: +8%
o Up to 5% discount: +6%
o 6–15% discount: +4%
o 16–25% discount: +2.5%
o 26–35% discount: +1.5%
o Over 35% discount: +1%
Yes, this means you can earn up to 10% commission depending on the deal.

Let’s say you bring in 10 contact centers, each ordering 300 headsets per year at a 15% discount:
• List price: €84 → discounted price: €71.40
• Annual sales: 10 × 300 × €71.40 = €214,200
• Commission (~6%): €12,852/year
• Over 5 years: €64,260
Bring in 20 clients? That’s over €120K in commissions.

• Are proactive, relationship-driven, and know how to follow up

• Register leads (you're protected as the first introducer)
• Follow up and help close the sale (we support you)
• Earn commissions for 60 months after the first order
