Lawsuit against Chase
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
It is related to "Purchase Protection" benefit from my Chase business credit card. I filed a claim back in October and Chase denied the claim saying that i have returned the items (that I am claiming as lost/stolen). But i have documentary proof that i have never returned those items or never received any refund.
Chase is basically harassing me by denying my claim. They did approve part of my claim (that proves that they believe in the circumstances and the incident ) but are not approving for 3 items and they have stated that i have returned those items. I have the online order information as well as the chat record with the merchant that those items were never returned. I think i have a pretty simple and solid case
