We are launching a small skincare brand in the USA via Amazon FBA. Products are manufactured in India and fully formulated under cosmetic standards.
We are looking for a US-based cosmetic regulatory consultant or Responsible Person to support us on a pay-per-use basis only under MoCRA regulations.
Scope includes (only when needed):
• Acting as US Responsible Person for FDA communication
• Adverse event reporting (if required)
• Label compliance verification
• Basic MoCRA guidance
This is a small pilot launch with limited budget, so we are not looking for an annual or monthly retainer at this stage.
