SF-86 / eQIP Background Investigation Review & Coaching (Not Data Entry)

Project Description:
I am completing a U.S. federal SF-86 (eQIP) background investigation form. I am not looking for anyone to fill out, submit, or access the system on my behalf.

I need a consultant to provide:

A completeness and consistency review of my drafted SF-86 responses

Help reconstructing address and employment history accurately

Identification of gaps, overlaps, or common errors that cause kickbacks

Guidance on clear, truthful explanations for any discrepancies

Coaching based on DCSA / OPM / DHS / DoD background investigation standards


Important constraints:

I will retain full authorship and submission responsibility

No SSN, no login credentials, no system access will be provided

Advice must be compliant with federal background investigation rules


Preferred experience:

Former background investigator or security clearance consultant

Direct experience with SF-86 / eQIP

Familiarity with federal suitability or clearance investigations


Deliverables:

Written review notes

Flagged issues and recommendations

Suggested explanation language (not fabricated, only clarified)
