ISO 9001 certification within 6 months.
We are seeking a Senior ISO 9001 QMR Consultant with proven, long-term experience to work closely with our internal team and lead the complete ISO 9001 implementation process until successful certification.
This project is NOT suitable for beginners or junior consultants.
Scope of Work
The consultant will act as Quality Management Representative (QMR) and will be responsible for:
Full design and implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Conducting gap analysis on existing systems and processes
Developing and customizing policies, procedures, and records
Training management and employees on ISO 9001 requirements
Supporting internal audits and corrective & preventive actions
Preparing the company for the external certification audit
Coordinating with all departments (production, sales, administration, management)
Project Duration
6 months
Long-term cooperation for this phase
Remote work with structured coordination and regular progress reviews
Mandatory Requirements
Applications without strong experience will be rejected
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in ISO 9001 implementation
Previous role as QMR or Lead ISO 9001 Consultant
Successful ISO 9001 certifications delivered (portfolio required)
Strong understanding of manufacturing and operational environments
Practical, implementation-focused mindset (not theoretical only)
Ability to work directly with management and operational teams
Deliverables
Fully implemented and operational ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Trained internal team capable of maintaining ISO 9001
Successful ISO 9001 certification within 6 months
