Jamaica-to-Canada Spousal Sponsorship Assistance and submmission

Job ID: 40418425

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

I am ready to start my Husbands spousal sponsorship from Jamaica to Canada and I need a consultant who can walk me through every step of the paperwork and filing and submitting to the IRCC. At this point I have not gathered any of the supporting documents, so your first task will be to create a clear, personalized document checklist and tell me exactly what evidence IRCC expects for a genuine relationship and admissibility.

What I most need from you is hands-on support with two critical stages:

• Document preparation – guiding me on which Jamaican and Canadian civil documents, police certificates and relationship proofs are acceptable, where to obtain them, and how to translate or notarize anything that is not already in English.
• Application submission – making sure every IMM form is filled out correctly in the IRCC portal, double-checking signatures, barcodes and fees, then packaging everything for an error-free submission.

My biggest concerns are completing the forms accurately, collecting the correct documents the first time, and understanding the legal requirements so the file is not returned. Clarity and accuracy are more important to me than speed, but I would like to get a complete package ready for filing as soon as the documents come in.

Deliverables I will look for:
• A tailored checklist of all required supporting documents with sources and deadlines
• Drafted and reviewed IMM forms ready for my signature
• Written explanations or statutory declarations where needed to address IRCC relationship or eligibility questions
• A final, ready-to-upload application package with a submission walkthrough and confirmation that everything meets current IRCC guidelines

If you are familiar with IRCC’s online portal, Jamaican civil records offices, and the latest Family Class instructions, I would love to work with you.
