Italian E-Commerce Ops Specialist

We are building an ecommerce operation targeting the Italian market (beauty category).

We are looking for an Italy-based ecommerce operations consultant with hands-on experience, not a researcher.

Key requirements:
• Experience with COD (Contrassegno) deliveries in Italy
• Knowledge of Italian call confirmation workflows
• Familiarity with local beauty suppliers or distributors
• Italian language (mandatory)

This is NOT a research task.
We are looking for someone who already understands the ecosystem.

Initial task:
Paid discovery call + small validation task.
