ISO 9001 Initial Certification Support

My service-based company is preparing for its very first ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485 certification audit. I need an experienced consultant who can guide us from zero documentation to a fully implemented Quality Management System that will satisfy the auditors the first time around. You should be comfortable working with service organisations (no manufacturing lines here) and able to translate the standard’s requirements into practical, streamlined procedures that fit a people-focused environment.
Key deliverables I expect:
• Gap analysis report that benchmarks our current practices against ISO 9001:2015 clauses
• Complete set of controlled QMS documents (manual, procedures, forms, process maps) customised to our workflows
• Staff training sessions and records to demonstrate competence and awareness
• Internal audit programme, execution of the first audit, and a clear corrective-action plan
• Final readiness review so we enter the external certification audit confident and compliant
Acceptance criteria: each document must be version-controlled, traceable to the relevant clause, and ready for immediate presentation to the registrar. If you use tools such as ISO 9001 document control software, SharePoint, or similar platforms, please mention that in your proposal.
