Hogan (HPI, HDS) Assessment Interpretation Consultancy Session
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have completed the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) and want a clear, actionable understanding of what the results really tell me. For this engagement I’m looking to book a focused 2–3-hour consultation with someone who is already certified or deeply experienced in interpreting Hogan data.
During the call we will walk through each primary and sub-scale, translating scores into plain-language insights about my day-to-day behavioural strengths, possible derailers, and development priorities. I’m not looking for validation of the numbers themselves, nor a deep dive into HDS or MVPI—just an expert narrative that ties the HPI findings together and shows how I can apply them to my current role and future career planning.
To capture the key take-aways, I would also like a concise written summary after the session: ideally a short document or slide deck I can revisit later.
Deliverables:
• Live 2–3-hour interpretation session (video or phone)
• Post-session summary highlighting core themes, practical suggestions, and next steps (≈2 pages or 5–6 slides)
