**Key Responsibilities:**

- Interpret and analyze European policy information, regulations, and emerging trends from sources such as EU directives, national laws, and international agreements.
- Provide strategic advice to help the company assess investment directions, risks, and opportunities in various sectors.
- Monitor policy developments and prepare concise reports or summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate remotely with our team to integrate policy insights into business planning.

**Requirements:**

- Background in policy analysis, with experience in European or German government affairs—such as interactions with local governments, regulatory bodies, or public policy roles (e.g., collaborations with municipalities, lobbying at regional levels, or insights into local policies).
- Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information into actionable recommendations.
- Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
- Based in Germany, with the ability to work remotely and independently.
- Experience in consulting, think tanks, local government-related positions, or similar roles is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, or a related field (Master's is a plus but not required).
