M&A Deal Tech Consulting Mentorship

Job ID: 40397349

Budget: ₹1,000 – ₹12,000 INR

I want to fast-track my understanding of how the Big Four run end-to-end M&A deal-tech engagements—exactly the way teams inside EY GDS, Deloitte, or PwC deliver them in real life. My focus is equally on strategy and execution, so theory alone will not cut it; I need to see the playbooks, tools, and day-to-day mechanics behind each phase.

What I expect you to unpack for me
• Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs): structure, scoping, cost models, and governance
• Day-1 planning: cut-over sequencing, command-centre setup, and hyper-care playbooks
• IT Due Diligence (sell-side & buy-side): data-request lists, red-flag reporting, synergy sizing, and risk quantification
• IT operating-model planning & execution: target-state design, work-stream alignment, and value-realisation tracking

Ideal flow
1. Interactive sessions (live or recorded) where you walk through real or redacted project artefacts—kick-off decks, risk registers, integration roadmaps, RAID logs, and status reports.
2. Practical assignments so I can practise building TSA schedules, Day-1 cut-over plans, and diligence reports, with your feedback.
3. A final toolkit that contains templates, checklists, and a concise step-by-step guide I can reuse on future deals.
4- How IT integration and IT divestiture projects are managed and delivered
5- I have recently joined one of the big fours and have access to lot of theoretical content but not able to get any real project experience. so i would need exposure to real ground level scenerios and steps behind the scenes how teams work what all documents and artefacts are prepared etc.

Acceptance criteria
• Every topic above is covered with at least one concrete example drawn from an actual project.
• Templates and slides are editable and ready for immediate use.
• I leave with a clear, repeatable approach for both strategy formulation and on-the-ground execution.

If you have first-hand Big Four or Tier-1 advisory experience and can translate that knowledge into actionable guidance, let’s start.
