• A phased task list with realistic milestones and resource estimates
• Recommendations on the most suitable tech stack, design approach, or content strategy—whatever the project ultimately calls for
Acceptance criteria: I’ll consider the engagement successful once I receive a written brief I can hand straight to specialists (developers, designers, writers, etc.) without further clarification.
