CHAP Accreditation Consultant Required

Accreditation Readiness Consultant – CHAP (Healthcare/Home Care) – Hourly/Contract
Description:
We are a startup home care agency in New Jersey preparing for CHAP accreditation and seeking a knowledgeable consultant or freelancer to support us through the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and advise on policies and procedures for CHAP compliance
Conduct mock surveys and readiness assessments
Guide documentation formatting and structure
Identify gaps and offer corrective recommendations
Provide hourly-based consulting (remote with occasional check-ins)
Requirements:
Prior experience with CHAP accreditation (Joint Commission or ACHC experience is also helpful)
Strong understanding of CMS regulations for home care
Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable feedback
References or samples of successful accreditation support
Budget:
Hourly – Please include your rate and availability
We are looking for affordable, experienced consultants open to working in stages.
Preferred Location:
U.S.-based, preferably New Jersey or nearby (remote OK)
