Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Analyst who will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams. The role requires strong communication skills, structured thinking and the ability to represent Boxinall Softech as a reliable long term technology partner. This position plays a critical role in lead handling requirement discussions, project scoping and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following.
Managing and operating two freelancer platform accounts on behalf of the company
Communicating with new inbound and outbound leads in a professional and consultative manner
Understanding client requirements and proposing Boxinall Softech as the right solution partner
Scheduling arranging and attending client meetings calls and discussions
Coordinating with design and development teams to understand effort estimation timelines and feasibility
Preparing basic project summaries scope notes and internal handover documentation
Assisting in pricing discussions and proposal level conversations under guidance
Actively contributing toward bringing new projects and long term engagements to the company
Maintaining regular follow ups with prospects and ensuring timely communication
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Hindi communication skills are an added advantage
Ability to confidently speak with clients founders and decision makers
Good understanding of digital products websites mobile applications or software services
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask manage priorities and work in a fast paced environment
Basic understanding of project lifecycle costing and timelines is preferred
Willingness to learn and grow within a consulting and client facing role
Employment Terms
The selected candidate will undergo a probationary period of three months starting from the date of joining. During this probation period no salary shall be disbursed. Upon successful performance and demonstration of value to the organization the candidate will be offered a permanent role with revised terms.
