geographical engineering reports - soil testing

I am looking for a Freelancer to provide geological engineering reports based on soil testing. The soil testing needs to include both physical and chemical tests, to be used in the planning of a construction project. I need the reports completed within one week of the start of the project. I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable and experienced in this field and who can provide accurate and timely results.
