We are a UK-based recruitment company supplying construction labour to projects across London and the UK.
We are expanding our international sourcing network and are looking for remote recruitment sourcers who can help introduce reliable construction workers.
This is long-term remote work, paid by results, with no fixed hours.
▶️Your Role
You will be responsible for:
- Finding construction workers through your own networks
- Posting adverts in community groups (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Speaking to candidates in your own language
- Pre-screening workers
- Collecting basic candidate details
- Sending candidate information to our UK compliance team
You do not need recruitment software or paid tools.
▶️You will NOT:
- Employ workers
- Arrange visas or sponsorship
- Handle payroll or contracts
- Collect money from workers
All employment, onboarding, and site allocation is handled in the UK.

- General Labourers
- Bricklayers
- Scaffolders
- Dryliners
- Skilled Construction Operatives
▶️Payment Structure
You are paid commission only, based on hours worked by workers you introduce:
Examples:
- 40 hours = £x
- 160 hours per month = £xx per worker
- 10 active workers = £xxx per month
Payments are made 30 days from end of month via bank transfer. Contact for more information.
▶️Who We Are Looking For
You should:
-- Speak English and at least one of the following languages:
- Romanian
- Polish
- Albanian
- Lithuanian / Latvian
- Bulgarian
- Turkish / Kurdish
- Greeks
- Hindi / Urdu / Punjabi / Bengali
-- Have access to worker communities or referral networks
-- Understand basic construction trades
-- Be organised and responsive
-- Be able to communicate clearly
Recruitment experience is helpful but not required.

- Workers must already have legal right to work in the UK - You must check their right to work
- No recruitment fees may be charged to workers
- No visa or immigration services are permitted
- Candidates without valid documents will be rejected
