I’m moving ahead with a new-build and need a skilled framer to stand up all interior and exterior walls in wood. Because this is fresh construction there’s no demolition or tear-out involved—just clean, accurate layout, fastening, squaring, and sheathing so the rest of the trades can follow without issues.
You’ll read plans, set plates, and frame straight, plumb walls that meet code and are ready for inspections and mechanical runs. Bring your own framing tools, nailers, and safety gear; I’ll have the lumber, hardware, and fasteners on site and staged.
Timing is flexible within the next two weeks, but once you start I’m looking for steady progress to completion. Let me know your availability, how many days you’ll need based on crew size, and examples of similar wood-stud projects you’ve framed recently.
