Three-Story Wooden Deck Construction
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking to build a three-story deck attached to a four-unit building. The primary purpose of the deck is recreational space. Deck is secured to house at all three levels. Deck will be 30x14. All wood.
Requirements:
- The decking must be made of wood.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in multi-story deck construction
- Proficiency in working with wood
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations in Portland, Maine. (They are particular and require stamps on prints)
- Ability to design and implement a functional recreational space
-must have architect stamp per city of Portland Maine.
