Temporary Construction Groundworkers Recruitment

I need support finding reliable Groundworkers who can join my construction sites on a temporary / contract basis. Your task is to handle the full hiring cycle for these site-based roles: attract candidates, prescreen them for CSCS cards and recent groundworks experience, verify references, and present a shortlist that can start quickly.
Please use the channels you know work best for construction labour—local job boards, trade-specific Facebook groups, or your own vetted database. I will supply the site locations, shift patterns, rates and start dates as soon as we agree to proceed.
Deliverables
• A shortlist of at least five qualified Groundworkers ready for interview, complete with CVs, reference contacts and CSCS details.
• A brief summary of where each candidate was sourced and why they meet the brief.
