Telecaller – Sell Construction Projects

I’m setting up a construction-focused start-up in the Pune–Mumbai corridor and need a driven telecaller who already knows how to sell in this industry. Your one and only goal is to pick up the phone, speak the contractor’s language, and sell them our construction projects for a fee.

Because you come with sales experience in construction, you should already understand margins, timelines, and the objections contractors raise. Strong persuasive abilities are a must; every call should move a prospect closer to a signed agreement. High energy and sharp communication will naturally help, but what counts most is your ability to close.

Here is how we’ll work together:
• I provide call lists, a loose script, and CRM access each morning.
• You contact contractors, explain the value of taking on our ready projects, and secure their commitment.
• You log outcomes, next steps, and any follow-up notes in the CRM so we can measure conversions and pay commissions quickly.
