(German Speaker/Local) Supplier Sourcing & Pricing Phone Assistant

I have a couple of requirements for construction projects that I need you to source, call for fresh price quotes and gather up-to-date project details. Your main task will be to get on the phone, speak with the right contact, and gather the information.

I will supply a construction-related item - such as '7x Cat Ladder 7m-8m height' and you will source where to find the item, get prices and then gather all information from the supplier/vendor.

You may have to take my description, and find the local name for it, work on the logistic possibilities (do I need it delivered and installed, do I require manpower..etc) You should be flexible and ideally with an interest in construction.

Because these conversations shape my project budgets, clarity and accuracy are critical. You should be confident on the phone, speak clear native language, and English, and keep concise notes. Access to Google Sheets (or Excel), email, and a reliable phone line is all you’ll need.

Deliverables:
• A 'quotation' document which has the pricing requested - even as an indication.
• A brief call log noting date, time, contact person, and any next steps
• Copies or forwards of any related email correspondence

I have projects in hand, I am based in the UK and want local suppliers - this will be in Germany. But if you speak other languages this would be a plus as our projects are across Europe.
