1-Story Wood Framing Takeoff
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a complete set of architectural plans for a single-story building and now need a detailed framing markup plus a full takeoff. The structure will be built with wood framing, so I want every stud, plate, header, joist, and truss captured clearly on the drawings with dimension and summarized in a companion spreadsheet.
You’ll receive the PDFs as soon as we start. Please overlay clean, color-coded markups (Bluebeam Revu or comparable software is fine) and produce an itemized takeoff that cover material quantities only.
Acceptance criteria:
• Marked-up plan set showing all wood framing members, labelled and color-coded.
• Spreadsheet with separate tabs for material counts and labor estimates, grouped by building section.
• Units in USA metrics
• Source page references so I can trace every line item quickly.
