I have a commercial project that needs a complete, code-compliant ERV permit package signed and sealed by a licensed engineer. The layout is sketched, but I still need the full mechanical plan set—drawings, equipment schedules, airflow calculations, and any supporting notes—prepared to the standard required by the local authority having jurisdiction and then professionally stamped for submission.
Because the sole mandatory criterion is demonstrated experience with commercial ventilation and permitting, please keep your bid concise and focus on similar projects you’ve handled and the states in which you currently hold an active PE or equivalent license. Final files should arrive in both PDF for direct upload and the original CAD format for my records.
