To build this correctly, we are looking for someone with real hands on experience in the UAE construction industry who can guide us with workflows, pain points, and practical industry knowledge.
We are looking for someone who:
✅ Has hands-on experience in the UAE construction industry
(Contractor, Consultant, Project Manager, Site Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Planning Engineer, Procurement, etc.)
✅ Understands real operational workflows including informal/manual processes
✅ Can clearly explain systems, pain points, and practical challenges
✅ Has strong industry exposure and understands how construction businesses function operationally
