Small-House Material Cost Estimation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a clear, up-to-date cost estimate for every material that will go into a compact single-family home with tin sheet, I’m planning. The focus is solely on the material side—labour is already covered.
Structural scope
The raw house will combine bricks, wood and steel and roof should be with Tin sheet. I want each of those groups broken down into individual components (e.g., brick units, mortar, timber sizes, steel beams, connectors) with quantities, unit prices and extended totals. If certain consumables or fasteners are routinely paired with these materials, include them as well so there are no hidden surprises later.
Regional pricing
Please base all figures on suppliers that actually service my project location; I’ll provide drawings and the exact address after we start. If you can capture bulk-order or seasonal discounts, note those separately so I can judge timing advantages. Looking for someone can help using Revit tools as preference as suggested.
Deliverables
• Design with Revit /AutoCAD .
• A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) listing item, quantity, unit cost, total cost and supplier/source link . Can be modify as per input.
• Brief commentary section calling out the top three cost drivers and any lower-cost substitutes you uncover
• Citations (screenshots or links) that back up every quoted price

Accuracy comes first, but an initial draft within seven days will keep the build schedule on track.
