On-Site Electrical Drawing Update
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a set of construction-phase electrical drawings for a facility in Prince George County, Maryland. The schematics for the main electrical room do not match the as-built installation, and they must be corrected so that they match the approved plan from the county and the current setup. Because of the discrepancies, the county has asked for revised drawings.
You will need to come to the site, walk the main electrical room with our maintenance lead, and then produce corrected drawings.
Deliverables
• One on-site visit (Prince George County, MD) to field-verify all disconnects, wire, circuitry in the electric hallway.
• Updated electrical schematics reflecting actual field conditions and approved county plan.
• Compliance check and notation per NEC and Prince George County requirements
• Final PDF set plus editable DWG files, ready for immediate permit resubmission
Acceptance will be based on the county reviewer confirming that the new drawings address every noted deficiency and meet current code. I will have my in-house PE review and seal them.
