Roofing Material Take-Off Needed for College Dorm

Job ID: 40276524

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have an EagleView report for a college dormitory re-roof and need a concise material take-off pulled from those measurements. The existing assembly is 60-mil EPDM over two layers of tapered polystyrene on a concrete deck; we are replacing it with a fully adhered system made up of: 60-mil TPO, ½-inch coverboard, a fully adhered tapered ISO package, an additional 1-inch ISO layer, and TPO-clad edge metal.

Your job is to translate the EagleView data into exact quantities for the following items I checked:
• 60-mil TPO membrane (include field, flashings, and 10 % waste)
• ½-inch coverboard (fully adhered)
• ISO insulation – both the flat 1-inch layer and the tapered package, laid out by slope section
• Adhesive amounts for the fully adhered components
• TPO-clad edge metal, broken down by linear footage and standard stock lengths

Please return a clear spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) that shows: roof area references from EagleView, calculated square footage or linear footage, waste factors, and a final summary table. No pricing is needed—just counts and quantities. If something in the report appears ambiguous, flag it in a notes column so we can review together.

Accuracy is critical; the college uses these numbers for purchase orders. Let me know your timeframe and any clarification you need once you have the EagleView file.
