Retail Space Renovation

I'm seeking an experienced architect and engineering service to provide permitting plans for a commercial renovation project.

Key requirements include:
- Upgrading flooring and walls
- Re-sheet rock and repair
- Removal of existing walls and construction of new walls
- Installing new lighting and fixtures
- Adding acoustical ceilings
- Building a break room
- Demolishing an existing bathroom
- Replacing mechanical ducts

We have layout by the customer.
This will be a job that we are in a hurry on as they have limited time to move.
